SKS designed supplied, installed and commissioned a new conference and Audio-Visual systems for the Council Chamber built in 2017. The conference system includes a delegate microphone system for a Chairperson, 39 Councillors and 13 Council Officials. There is electronic voting with automatic reporting and archiving of results included. The voting button labels are printed in the Irish language. The system is integrated with a web casting system and includes automatic camera control which will tracks the active microphones.

The audio-visual system includes a touch screen-controlled presentation system and two High Definition 4K video 165” video walls. The video walls can display voting results and presentation content either via HDMI plug in points or wirelessly, via a wireless presentation gateway.
To provide accessibility for the deaf and hard of hearing there is a phased array induction loop system installed. There is also access via the delegate panels using neck worn induction loops or headphones.
